Between 1993 and 2003, he was working in Singapore where he got the opportunity to lead the Design, Construction & Project Management teams on some of the most challenging, demanding but exciting projects for Commercial Malls, Office Towers, Hotels, Industrial Plants and Residential Towers. His scope included concept design, detailed engineering, tendering, construction management, testing commissioning and project management of Clean Room HVAC, commercial HVAC, plumbing & fire fighting, BMS, Electrical & other associated MEP Services for MNC Clients on fast track projects built with tight schedules and strict quality control.
